Positive Affirmations

I found these some time ago online on the now defunct www.stanbillue.com website. The late Stan Billue was a successful businessman and sales trainer.

Please feel free to use these or alter them and make them your own. I do these affirmations in the morning when I first wake up and in the evening before bed. If the stresses of the day begin to get to me, I’ll take a look at them and recite them again.

There is no universally agreed upon correct time to do positive affirmations and depending on who you listen to, the prescribed amount of times daily you should do them varies. The only thing I can say for sure is that when done consistently for at least 3 weeks, you should begin to notice a positive change in your daily outlook and attitude and this will only amplify as you do them more and more.

  • I’m so strong that nothing can disturb my piece of mind.
  • I’m talking health, happiness, and prosperity to every person I meet.
  • I’m making all of my friends feel that there is something in them.
  • I’m looking at the sunny side of everything and making my optimism come true.
  • I’m thinking only of the best, working only for the best, and expecting only the best.
  • I’m just as enthusiastic about the success of others, as I am about my own.
  • I’m forgetting the mistakes of the past and pressing on to the greater achievements of the future.
  • I’m wearing a cheerful countenance at all times and giving every living creature I meet a smile.
  • I’m giving so much time to the improvement of myself that I have no time to criticize others.
  • I’m too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.

Give these a try, do them consistently daily for at least three weeks (then keep doing them!), and watch your daily attitude and outlook start to improve.

Always Activate. Get Going.
