You Don’t ‘Have’ To Do Anything

In today’s world, so many of us lead busy lives. We have jobs, we have bills, some have kids. Point is… we all have responsibilities. As is the main objective of this website/blog, we must all make time for our health and fitness, too. If we’re not healthy, we won’t live the best, longest lives we can.

A HUGE part of health includes your mental health. If you’re constantly worried and stressed, it can wreak havoc on your mindset, your self-esteem, your physical health.

Life can be very overwhelming and stressful if we allow it to be.

What if I told you that you can make it all a little easier, even more fun?

What if I told you that you don’t have to do anything. You don’t have to go to work. You don’t have to raise your kids. You don’t have to go to the gym. You don’t have to push yourself.

Instead of thinking of everything as something you have to do everyday, start thinking in terms of things that you get to do.

Huh? What? You’re nuts, Alex.

Think so? Try it out.

“I get to go to work today.”

“I get to drive my kids to and from school.”

“I get to go to practice.”

“I get to go to the gym.”

“I get to push myself and better myself.”

Changing that one little word also changes the meaning and tone of everything in that sentence. It shifts the thinking, it shifts the mindset. You do it enough and make it a habit, watch your attitude change for the better.

Think of everything in terms of the things you get to do. Watch your productivity rise because you get to go to work, watch your results in the gym improve because you get to push yourself and exercise, watch your relationships improve because you get to spend time with your loved ones, watch virtually everything improve because you don’t have to do it… you get to do it.

Everything changes when you start thinking like that. Give it a shot, an honest effort, 30 days minimum. Then get back to me and tell me if everything hasn’t improved for you, especially your attitude.

Always Activate. Get Going.
