A2G2 – Finding the Right Training Program

There are so many exercise and weightlifting programs out there.  There’s bodyweight programs, calisthenics, yoga, resistance bands, kettlebells, dumbbells and barbells, bodyweight suspension training, CrossFit…and on and on and on.

There are people who train in the gym, people who train outside, in their basements, in their garage, in their bedrooms, on the beach…truth is you can train anywhere!

But how do you choose an exercise or training program that’s right for you?  It’s important to find an exercise program that you can handle, that can fit into your busy schedule and won’t interfere with the rest of your life.

There are so many different places you can find good, effective routines.  Unfortunately, there are also a lot of less-effective programs out there, too, and to the untrained, uninformed or super-busy person, it can take a lot of time, trial and error to sift through it all and then hopefully find something that works right for you.

Well…I have a secret for you…an undeniable truth, an earth-shattering fact that cannot be denied.

Are you ready?

Here it is:  life is movement, life is motion.

In order to get into shape, it’s not necessarily the latest and greatest fad that’s gonna get you there.

It’s YOU.

It’s up to YOU to decide to pick something and stick with it.

It’s up to YOU to decide to dedicate yourself, apply some self-discipline, and show some dedication to whichever program you decide to try out.

And it’s up to YOU whether or not you see results from said program.

Now, …this may seem overly simplified (it is) but it’s true…especially if you’re just getting started out.

There is no short supply of gyms out there.  Most reputable ones will have a personal trainer on staff that can get you familiar with different exercises and gym equipment.

If that’s not really your scene, you can make your own home gym, like I did, relatively cheap and there are countless books and websites that you can learn exercises and get routines from.

If you require some more personal attention, there’s a TON of online personal trainers out there you can work with to help you out. In fact, you can schedule a consultation with me, if you dare, by clicking here. We can talk, I’ll see what you’re all about and determine if you’re worthy of taking on as a client and becoming a member of my stable of “Golden Ones” (what I call my clients). There is a non-refundable $125 consultation fee, so only click and schedule if you are serious, ready to take action and aren’t afraid of rejection.

If you’re already active and want to take your fitness to the next level, or have had enough of being sedentary and want to dive right into a complete 8-week exercise program that will absolutely change your body and life IF you commit to it, then check out my No Excuses No Exceptions: 8 Weeks to a New You program here
